| A Few Things You Should Know: We DO provide same day urgent house calls- In most cases we will try to accomodate you. We book 2-3 days in advance and usually fill up accordingly so it is important that you call PRIOR TO 10 AM if you want same day service. BUT - We are not an emergency or after hours urgent care service - Be on top of things and please do not put off an urgent need until 2-4 pm on friday afternoon. We ARE closed over the weekends and after 4pm and will be unavailable until the next business day. If you have an urgent need please contact the emergency clinic at 480-949-8001, they are located 1 block west of the light at Scottsdale Rd. & Acoma. Our Fees Are Very Reasonable - For services rendered, however the initial exam will be slightly more expensive then taking a pet to a large volume clinic. This is because our services include the personalized, individual care of a doctor and a nurse making a housecall with a fully equipped clinic coming right to your home or business. Our typical housecall with a full exam by the doctor runs around $90-$110 depending on location and time taken. If you are ready when we arrive with a place for us to park, your pet walked & on a leash or in a carrier or in a downstairs bathroom (confined) then things will go smoothly and be less expensive for you. We do ask that you put your phone away & give us your full attention as it is rude to do anything else!! (manners save you $too) |

We rarely have to use any restraints due to our trust based socialization approach. Our doctors have many clients whose pets have been turned away due to their aggressive or protective nature. However, Doctor Townsley has developed a trust based socialization method that relates to the animals on their level and has them literally eating out of his hand in no time!

More Time with the Doctor
At most hospitals it is a 30-60 minute wait, then 15 minutes waiting in an exam room for 15 minutes with a technician and usually only 10 with an actual DVM. With our service you receive 30+ minutes of undivided time with both the doctor and nurse and whatever extra time it takes. No rushing back and forth from exam room to exam room!
Next Day Results
Our veterinary laboratory is one of the very best in the country !
In almost all cases (depending on the blood work done). We get back to you with the blood results as soon as we receive them. No waiting for weeks on end! We report biopsy results within 2-4 days! If you haven't been called within 24 hrs then call us...we are wanting to talk to you about your pet & have probably been trying to reach you !
No High Cost Mark-Ups on Lab Fees...
We do not believe in price gouging our clients !!
Our laboratory fees and prescriptions generally run less than the majority of clinics. Some exceptions apply as some tests cannot be discounted even for our pets!.

We offer and always encourage the best surgery/service/treatment plan, however we will also offer you the reasonable and effective alternative approaches to diagnosis and therapy. Our aim is to help you and your pet and to work with you whatever your situation.

For ourselves and for our clients. Our number 1 priority is to help you and your pet, however we will refer clients who are rude or abusive to our staff to another clinic. Pet owners who routinely neglect or mistreat their pets or who continuously fail to follow the doctors instructions may be referred elsewhere. Help us care for your pet by maintaining a good standard of stewardship and respect with your pets and those who desire to help them. We will do everything in our power to try and help you and your pet but we do reserve the right to refuse services. Only in a society like ours can you get a doctor and a nurse to actually take the time to drive to you. The fees charged do not even start to cover the actual hourly wage of an experienced veterinarian and veterinary technician. We could easily see 4-8 client/patient exams in the time it takes to make one housecall... so we hope (and expect )that you will be appreciative of our devotion to pets and willingness to help you. We did not cause your situation and have no knowledge of your finances or home situation so please share your concerns and communicate in an appropriate and mature manner.
